What should be the coupon use?

A voting poll dedicated for the best method of coupon system.
Choice #1:
Coupons are based of subscription and will be given only when a new pack comes out, packs are 50% off for 3 purchases.
By choosing this one coupons will make stuff cheaper every time a pack comes out. To stay using the coupons one most be subscribed to get coupons and use them. To maintain membership with coupons players must be active users. Once 1 week of inactivity is shown then subscription is lost and can't rejoin.
Choice #2:
Coupons are given automatically and will grant 1 free pack of each pack out there. No discount on structure decks.
By choosing this one coupons will grant you a free pack every time a new pack comes out and no subscription is needed. No discounts, which means structures decks will not be 50% off either. Benefit of this is free packs which is a net gain compared to 50% off for 3 purchases.

If I can get choice 2 than give it to meh but if I don't then I'll save up :q

Once choice is passed, everyone instantly gets packs. and everytime a new pack comes out you get a free pack instantly delivered to you. If choice one is picked then is 3 items, 50% everytime a new pack comes out you get a coupon fro 3 purchases.

We will be getting coupons soon!, everyone will be getting coupons in their inbox.
It will brings codes and whenever you want to get the packs you will have to post in the card shop using the codes given to you.
